Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions made on our on-line store ( www.folderworkshop.com ) and are set out below.

Price/Payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you decide to cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Availability
All orders are accepted subject to material availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have submitted your order, or we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and advise of a delivery date if available. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and should you wish to cancel.

Delivery
Currently we ship orders to the UK mainland only ( and parts of Scotland ).
if your delivery address is not within the areas we deliver we reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund.

All items are dispatched via Royal mail 48hr service and requires a signature on delivery.

We make every effort to dispatch :
Non-personalised items within 3-5 working days..
Personalised items within 5-7 working days.

Please note we manufacturer to order and sometimes we may not have your material in stock. We will notify you if there is a delay.
If you would like us to deliver to an alternative address please indicate this on your order form. Will notify all customers via email when your item has been despatched.

If you have not received your order or a notification within 5 working days from the dispatch date, customers should contact us.

Damaged Items
Should any of your items arrive damaged please notify us within 48 hours. Our contact details are on the ‘contact us’ page of our website.

Returns Policy
All items sold on-line (except bespoke or personalised items) are covered by the “Distance Selling Regulations”.
You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price (not including any carriage costs) if you decide to change your mind for any reason, and inform us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You must return it to us in its original condition and packaging. For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

Wholesale/Trade Terms and Conditions

Bespoke Design Terms and Conditions
Bespoke design items are not covered by the terms and conditions above. Standard trade Terms and Coditions are available upon request

Data Protection
To comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on our data base for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with news and offers. Your name and address will not be given or sold to third parties. For more information see our Privacy Policy

Product Design / Size
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error we will advise you about it as soon as possible. Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of our products dimensions and finish may vary to a small degree.

Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by our licensors or us.
